摘 要:原有的车辆燃油加热装置都是串联结构,制热速度慢、效率低,舒适性和节能性有待提升。本文针对柴油重型卡车采用燃油加热器、冷却水双回路结构,按照车辆运行状态进行回路切换控制,达到柴油重型卡车在冷启动、驻车采暖、行车辅助加热3种工况下的采暖性能提升和能源节约,并将研究方案在某型重型卡车上进行实车应用测试,测试结果表明研究方案可行。The original fuel heater of vehicle is connected in series,with slow heating speed and low heating efficiency,and the comfort and energy-saving need to be improved.The diesel heavy trucks using fuel heater and double loop structure of cooling water,which are switched according to the vehicle running state to improve the heating performance and achieve the energy-saving for the diesel heavy trucks under the conditions of cold start,parking heating and driving assisted heating.The research project is applied to one heavy truck for test,and the feasibility of the research scheme is proved by the test results.
