摘 要:HFOs制冷剂HFO-1336mzz(Z)的ODP=0,GWP=2,是一种极具潜力的替代工质。本文从理论和试验2个方面分析HFO-1336mzz(Z)和HCFC-123在不同热泵工况下的循环性能。结果表明:理论循环性能计算结果与试验结果的变化趋势一致;在不同的蒸发温度条件下,HFO-1336mzz(Z)和HCFC-123热泵的运行压比、功耗、制热量及排气温度均随着冷凝温度的升高而升高;HFO-1336mzz(Z)热泵的运行压比大于HCFC-123热泵的,而压缩机功耗、系统制热量小于HCFC-123热泵;在理论分析中,两者的热泵性能系数很接近,但实际测试时,HFO-1336mzz(Z)热泵的性能系数比HCFC-123低约3.9%~8.9%;HFO-1336mzz(Z)应用于热泵系统具有比HCFC-123更好的综合性能。HFO-1336 mzz(Z)is considered as a promising substitution for its excellent environmental performance(ODP=0,GWP=2).The cycle performance of HFO-1336 mzz(Z)and HCFC-123 under different heat pump conditions is investigated from theory and experiment.The results show that the calculated results has a good agreement with the experimental results.Under various evaporating temperatures,for HFO-1336 mzz(Z)and HCFC-123,the pressure ratio,power consumption,heating capacity and discharging temperature of heat pump cycle increase with the rising of the condensing temperature.Although the pressure ratio of HFO-1336 mzz(Z)heat pump cycle is greater than that of HCFC-123 heat pump cycle,it has a lower power consumption and a smaller heating capacity.In the theoretical analysis,their COP of heat pump are close,while the COP of HFO-1336 mzz(Z)heat pump is lower than that of HCFC-123 heat pump by 3.9%-8.9%in the test.HFO-1336 mzz(Z)has better comprehensive performance applied to the heat pump system than HCFC-123.
