摘 要:提出一种变频风冷螺杆式冷水机组部分负荷效率实时优化控制的方法,用于优化压缩机频率和滑阀位置的配合、风机转速及多压缩机的冷量分配。试验结果表明:该方法相比无压缩机频率和滑阀位置优化的算法,部分负荷效率提高约3%;相比无风机优化算法,部分负荷效率提高约7%;多压缩机冷量分配时,算法对效率影响较小。该方法的适用性强,可用于不同机组的配置。One kind of real time optimization control method is proposed to improve the partial load efficiency of frequency-conversion air-cooled screw chiller,so as to im-prove the coordination of compressor frequency and slide valve's position,fan speed,and load distribution among multiple compressors,etc..The test results show that this method can improve the partial load efficiency by about 3%,compared with the control method of no optimization of compressor frequency and slide valve's position.It improves the partial load efficiency by about 7% compared with no optimization of fan control.It has a little effect on efficiency when applied to load distribution among multiple compre-ssors.This method has wide applicability,and it can be applied to different unit configurations.
