摘　　要：学术界有关中国近代对外贸易思想的研究少有利用外文文献资料的成果。作为中国早期研究对外贸易并将西方对外贸易思想引进中国的留学生群体,他们早期在西方大学的博士论文较少受到中国经济思想史学术界的关注。本文以中国近代留美生有关对外贸易方面的博士论文作为主要史料,分中外贸易史、海关与关税制度及国际贸易理论三个方面介绍他们博士论文中的对外贸易思想。The relevant study of the foreign trade thought in modern China rarely apply researchachievements in foreign literature. Overseas students are the early Chinese group to study to introduce western foreign trade thought into China. Their doctoral dissertations which degrees in western universities in early times have hardly been paid attention by the history of Chineseeconomic thought academia. This study is mainly based on the historical data of related to foreign trade written by Chinese overseas students. It introduces the foreign trade thought ofChinese overseas students from three aspects： Histor oforeign trade, customs and tariff systems, andinternational trade theory.
