摘　　要：泡沫灭火剂的及时调运补给是大型石化火灾成功处置的关键。但由于泡沫灭火剂储备点较为分散,需要合理有效地确定调运方案。为定量分析不同运输方式具体运输时间,研究影响灭火剂应急调运时间的主要因素,调研实际运输过程,确定公路运输及航空运输时间模型。计算了不同距离情况下公路运输及航空运输时间变化情况。结果表明,在假定条件下,运输距离小于1 250 km时宜采用公路运输,大于1 250 km时宜采用航空运输。并以漳州古雷火灾灭火剂保障为例,对影响灭火剂保障时间的因素进行了分析。The timely transfer and recharge of foam extinguishing agent is the key to the successful disposal of large petrochemical fires. This paper proposes a time model of highway transportation and air transportation by investigating the actual transportation process and studying the main factors affecting the emergency transportation time of fire extinguishing agent. The results show that highway transportation shall be adopted when the transportation distance is less than 1 250 km and air transportation shall be adopted when the transportation distance is greater than 1 250 km based on the assumption condition. Fire extinguishing agent transportation case in Gulei,Zhangzhou is taken as an example to analyze the factors influencing the transportation time of fire extinguishing agent.
