盘式真空过滤机使用效果分析

摘　　要：GN40筒式真空内滤机过滤效率低,处理能力不足,铁精粉水分指标长期达不到要求。为此,全部替换为PGT-96-8盘式真空过滤机。生产实践表明,铁精粉水分<9.5%,过滤效果大大改善。The filter efficiency of the GN40 tube type vacuum filter is low, the processing ability is insufficient, and thewater index of iron powder can not meet the requirements fora long time.Therefore, the PGT-96-8 disk vacuum filter isused. The production practice shows that the water content of iron powder is 〈9.5%, and the filtration effect is greatlyimproved.
