摘  要:主要介绍了煤料水分、焦油渣配量、型煤生球养护温度、养护时间对不同煤种所制型煤强度的影响。对抗压强度相对较高的气煤配入焦炉生产产生的固废后进行了型煤强度变化的试验;同时对不同比例型煤配入后的焦炭质量的变化进行了试验分析。试验结果表明,八钢以艾维尔沟煤为基础的配煤结构,型煤配入可明显增加入炉煤堆密度,增加焦炭产量,同时改善焦炭质量,也为型煤工艺的确立提供参考依据。This paper mainly introduces the influence of coal moisture, tar residue distribution, curing temperature ofbriquette and curing time on the strength of different coal briquette. The relatively high compression strength of gas coalmixed with dust and studied the briquette strength change, at the same time, the change of coke quality in differentproportions of briquette has been tested and analyzed.The test results show that the coal blending structure based onAiweiergou coal in Bayi steel, the blending of briquette can obviously increase the density of coal and increase the cokeoutput; meanwhile, the quality of coke is improved, and the reference basis for the establishment of the briquette technologyis also provided.
