摘　　要：针对电石渣的特点及烧结配料要求研制了一种烧结配料配加电石渣装置,该装置解决了4个关键技术问题,可确保电石渣按照给定的配比,连续稳定地从料仓中出料,可提高电石渣配料精度,从而提高烧结矿产量与质量。为电石渣在烧结生产中的推广应用消除了技术障碍。In view of the characteristics of carbide slag and the requirements of sintering burden, a kind of sintering pro-portioning and adding carbide slag device has been developed,the device solves four key technical problems. The calciumcarbide slag can be discharged continuously and stably from the silo according to a given proportion,the burden accuracyof carbide slag can be improved,so as to increase sinter output and quality,in order to popularize the application of carbideslag in sintering production, the technical barrier has been eliminated.
