摘　　要：审前调查制度是社区矫正前的一项重要制度。目前,我国不少地区在实践中已经开展了社区矫正审前调查工作,但在调查主体、居住地确定、调查报告的采信等方面还存在一些问题。应通过立法的方式明确审前调查主体、简化经常居住地核实程序、提高人民法院对审前调查报告的采信率等方法,推动社区矫正制度审前调查制度的发展。Pretrial investigation system is an important system before community correction.At present,many areas in our country have carried out the community correction pretrial investigation.However,there are still some problems in the investigation subjects,the determination of residence,and the acceptance of investigation report,etc.To promote the development of pretrial investigation system of community correction,legislation shall be made to clarify the subject of pretrial investigation,to simplify the verification procedure of habitual residence,to enhance the acceptance rate of pretrial investigation report by the people's court.
