偏远山区大规模风电送出消纳问题探讨

摘　　要：怀化通道县位于湖南省西南边陲,与广西、贵州交界,属于偏远山区。通道县电网结构薄弱,当地负荷水平低,仅60 MW,但通道县风资源条件良好,全县可开发风电装机约80 MW。本文主要针对通道县风电送出消纳问题进行相关研究,探讨偏远山区大规模风电送出可能存在的问题和解决方案。Huaihua Tongdao county is located in the southwest border of Hunan Province, adjacent to the junction of Guangxi and Guizhou.Local power grid is weak and load level is low, only 60 MW. But Tongdao county has good wind resource condition. The development of wind power installed capacity of about 800 MW. Tongdao County wind power consumption issues are researched in the paper ,problems and solutions of large scale wind power delivery in remote mountains areas are discussed.
