摘  要:伴随着用电量的不断增长,电力系统的安全问题不容小觑。将电参数监测系统和温度监测系统相融合,实现了对电力系统运行状态进行实时监测的功能。设计了一款基于声表面波(Surface Acoustic Wave,SAW)无源无线温度传感器的温度检测与线路保护器相融合的监测系统。采用高性能射频收发芯片CC1000,在433MHz频率下实现了短距离的无线通信;采用DDS9910发射激励信号;采用射频开关HMC574MS8将发射和接收进行隔离,实现了对SAW无源无线传感器的读写过程。经验证,该系统成功应用于安德勒AMI500型多功能表中,现场应用效果良好。With the increase of electricity consumption, the security of the power system can not be underestimated. The electric parameter monitoring system and the temperature monitoring system are fused to realize the function of real-time monitoring of the running state of the power system. A monitoring system based on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) passive wireless temperature sen-sor is designed, which integrates temperature detection with line protector. The high-performance RF transceiver chip CC1000 is used to realize short distance wireless communication at 433MHz frequency. DDS9910 is used to launch the excitation signal, and radio frequency switch HMC574MS8 is used to separate the transmitting and receiving, thus realizing the read and write process of SAW passive wireless sensor. After verification, the system has been successfully applied to ADELE AMI500 multifunction table, the application effect is very good.
