摘  要:状态指示灯是核电厂运行期间设备状态、信号呈现的窗口,其工作状态的好坏直接影响核电厂的运行。针对状态指示灯故障率高的现象,经过对故障分析并找出原因,再经反复试验,数据分析、对比,逐步对状态指示灯初始设计及电路进行改进。最终选取在状态指示灯电路中串接电阻,同时采取4只28VDC的LED灯泡串并联组合方案,并应用于现场。通过试验和现场实践证实,该种分流、降压的方案可有效减少LED灯泡发热量,降低LED灯泡故障率,取得了很好的效果。The status indicator lamps are the window of equipments status and signals in nuclear power plant operation period, working condition directly affect the operation of nuclear power plant. In this paper, the phenomenon of high fault rate for status indicator lamps, after failure analysis and found out the reason, repeated tests, data analysis, comparison, then improved initial design and circuit. Finally selected series resistance and adopted 4 LED 28VDC bulbs series parallel combination in the status indicator lamps circuit and practice in the field. Through tests and field practice, this kind of shunt and reduce-voltage scheme can effectively reduces heat and failure rate of the LED bulb, has achieve very good results.
