摘　　要：重水堆核电站反应堆端面风机电机在检修过程中存在较高的γ外照射,通过有效的管理流程、技术措施和防护手段,将能在保证人员设备安全和检修质量的前提下,大幅度降低维修人员所受到的集体剂量,从而达到辐射防护最优化。The PHWR reactors fan motor end nuclear power plant are higher in the repair process of gamma radiation, through effective management, technical measures and means of protection , will be under the premise of ensuring safety and maintenance personnel and equipment bolt quality, greatly reduce the collective dose by maintenance personnel, so as to achieve optimization of radiation protection.
