摘　　要：如何打破西方对政治话语的垄断,破除西式民主的迷思,超越西方民主,增强国际话语权,一直是我们面临的重要课题。民主问题不仅是概念问题、话语问题,更是政治斗争的焦点,关乎主权安全和政治安全。国际传播的出发点始终是国家利益,而核心是政治价值观;要敢于在政治舞台上与西方较量,抓住关键处,有效地、有针对性地突破西方话语霸权;更要树立全面的政治发展观,树立文化自信和政治自信,坚持发展经济和改善民生,在国际事务中积极发声彰显和平、合作、共赢、公正、民主等政治价值,争夺政治制高点与评价权,提升国际话语权。How to break the monopoly of Western political discourse,disenchant the people from the myth of Western democracy,surpass the Western democracy and enhance our global voice has always been an important task.Democracy is not merely a conceptual or discursive matter,but constitutes the focus of political struggle and concerns sovereignty and political security.The starting point for international communication is always national interests,the core of which is political values.With such understanding,we must have the courage to contend the Western discourse on the political stage and effectively break its monopoly with a focus on the key points.To that end,we should formulate comprehensive concepts of political development,build up our cultural and political confidence,develop the economy and improve people's livelihood,speak actively in international affairs to demonstrate our political values concerning peace,win-win cooperation,justice and democracy,take over political commanding height and evaluation rights,and enhance our global voice.
