摘　　要：在"一带一路"战略深入推进和南亚、东南亚国际性区域经济走廊建设的背景下,云南省紧抓战略叠加机遇,发展成为西南地区边境旅游的重要引擎.文章在梳理云南省边境旅游资源状况的基础上,分析云南省边境旅游发展存在的问题,依据边境地域特征和旅游资源属性,构建了云南省边境旅游经济带空间布局:一条边境旅游经济带、两大飞翼、四大旅游集成区.针对性地提出了云南省边境旅游经济带建设发展策略:加强边境地区交通设施建设、成立协调委员会、创新旅游产品、提升边境旅游综合服务质量等,以此加快云南省边境旅游经济带的建设与发展.In the background of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂and construction of the international regional economic corridor in South Asia and Southeast Asia,Yunnan Province became an important engine of border tourism in southwest of China. Based on characteristics of border regions and the tourist resource attribute,it presents a spatial arrangement for border tourism economic belt in Yunnan Province： one border tourism economic belt,two flying wings,four tourism integration areas. Construction and development strategies are provided： to strengthen construction of transport facilities in border areas,to set up a coordinating committee,to innovate tourism products,to improve the quality of comprehensive service in border areas,etc. in order to speed up construction and development of border tourism economic belt in Yunnan Province.
