不同浓度生长素对洋葱根尖生长的影响

摘  要:通过研究不同浓度生长素对洋葱根尖生长的影响,探究促进洋葱根生长的最适生长素浓度以及生长素作用的部位。试验中采用水培的方法来促使洋葱生根,随后将洋葱置于不同浓度生长素溶液中培养,观察并记录洋葱根系生长情况。结果表明,萘乙酸浓度为10~10mol/L时洋葱根生长速度最快,浓度为10~6 mol/L时洋葱根生长最慢。由根尖伸长区细胞显微图看出10~6 mol/L浓度下细胞呈椭圆状或圆形,其余4种浓度下细胞呈长方形。从根尖分生区细胞有丝分裂相显微图,看出5组洋葱根尖分生区细胞有丝分裂相,差别不明显。By studying the effects of different concentrations of auxin on the growth of onion root tips, the optimum concentration of auxin to promote the growth of onion root tips and the site of auxin action were explored. The method of hydroponics was used to promote onion rooting. The growth of onion root under different auxin concentrations was observed and recorded. The results showed that onion root grew fastest when the concentration of NAA was 10-10 mol/L,and that of onion root was the slowest at the concentration of 10-6 mol/L. The root tip cells were oval or circular at the concentration of 10-6 mol/L, and the cells were rectangular at the other four concentrations. From the apical meristematic cell mitosis micrograph, the difference between five groups of onion apical meristematic cell mitosis was not obvious.
