摘  要:常压盐溶液法制备磷基高强石膏是磷石膏高附加值利用的有效方法,但是电解质溶液的循环利用问题一直是制约该工艺发展的关键难题之一。通过向电解质溶液中加入适量电石泥,研究电石泥的加入对电解质溶液循环利用以及高强石膏质量的影响。结果显示:磷石膏中的可溶性杂质是影响电解质溶液循环利用的主要因素,在保证高强石膏性能达到行业标准(JC/T 2038—2010《α型高强石膏》α30等级)前提下,未掺入电石泥的电解质溶液只能循环利用1次,而加入电石泥的电解质溶液可以循环利用4次。该研究结果对于磷石膏常压盐溶液法制备高强石膏工艺的工业化应用具有一定的指导意义。Preparation of high strength phosphor-based gypsum by salt solution method at atmospheric pressure is an efficient way for the use of phosphogypsum with high added value,but the recycle of electrolyte solution has been one of the key challenges to its development.The effect of calcium carbide sludge on the effective cycle of electrolyte solution and on the quality of high strength gypsum was studied by properly adding it to the electrolyte solution.The results showed that soluble impurities in phosphogypsum were the main factors that affect the recycling progress.To ensure the performance of reaction product reach the α30 industrial standard(JC/T 2038—2010),the electrolyte solution without the addition of calcium carbide could only be recycled once.However,the electrolyte solution could be recycled 4 times when appreciate amount of calcium carbide sludge was added.The results had some guiding significance for the industrial application of phosphogypsum in the preparation of high strength gypsum by salt solution method at atmospheric pressure.
