摘  要:采用两步法合成了碳酸钙/铁酸钙(CaCO_3/CaFe_2O_4)复合催化剂。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,制备的碳酸钙/铁酸钙复合催化剂仅有碳酸钙和铁酸钙的衍射峰,不含其他杂质峰。磁性测量结果表明,碳酸钙/铁酸钙复合催化剂的饱和磁化强度为3.2 A·m^2/kg、矫顽力为40 834.8 A/m、磁矩比为0.83,说明复合催化剂具有较强的铁磁性。用噻吩正辛烷模拟汽油,研究了碳酸钙/铁酸钙复合催化剂随着反应时间、催化剂添加量和反应温度的变化对模拟汽油脱硫率的影响,得到适宜的反应条件:反应时间为140 min,催化剂添加量为1.2 mg/L,反应温度为室温。实验结果表明,制备的碳酸钙/铁酸钙复合催化剂具有良好的催化活性。Composite CaCO_3/CaFe_2O_4 catalyst was synthesized by two-step method.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) results showed that the composite CaCO_3/CaFe_2O_4 catalyst crystallized majorly into diffraction peaks of CaCO_3 and CaFe_2O_4 without the presence of any other diffraction peaks of impurities.Magnetic hysteresis loop measurement showed that the saturation magnetization(Ms),coercivity(Hc) and squareness ratio(SQR) of composite CaCO_3/CaFe_2O_4 catalyst were 3.2 A·m2/kg,40 834.8 A/m and 0.83,respectively.It showed that the composite catalyst had a strong ferromagnetism. Photocatalytic oxidative desulfurization experimental design was used and the influence of reaction time,catalyst concentration and reaction temperature on the desulfurization of decomposition thiophene was investigated.The optimum conditions including reaction time,catalyst dosage and reaction temperature for the catalytic experiments of composite CaCO_3/CaFe_2O_4 catalyst were 140 min,1.2 mg/L,and room temperature,respectively.The experimental results confirmed that the composite CaCO_3/CaFe_2O_4 catalyst had a good catalytic activity.
