双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估双歧杆菌四联活菌对老年慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取确诊为慢性功能性便秘的老年患者175例,根据门诊号末尾数字分组,偶数者为观察组(91例),奇数者为对照组(84例)。观察组患者采用双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,对照组患者采用莫沙必利治疗,周期为28 d,比较两组患者便秘及伴随症状的改善情况。结果:治疗期间,两组患者的粪便性状及大便次数逐渐改善或恢复正常,治疗7 d后,观察组患者粪便性状、大便次数的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者腹痛、腹胀、排便困难及食欲减退等症状均明显缓解,治疗21 d后,观察组患者上述症状治愈率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌可有效解决老年慢性功能性便秘患者腹痛、腹胀、排便困难及食欲减退等症状,疗效显著,安全可靠。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets（ live） in treatment of chronic elderly constipation. METHODS： 175 elderly patients diagnosed chronic constipation were selected,according to the numbers at the end of outpatient number,even numbers were classified as observation group（ 91 cases）,odd number was classified as control group（ 84 cases）. The observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets（ live）,while the control group was given mosapride,both groups received a treatment course of 28 days. The improvement of constipation and incidental symptoms between two groups was compared. RESULTS： During treatment,the fecal features and defecate frequency of both groups were gradually improved or returned to normal,7 days after treatment,the fecal features and improvement rates defecate frequency of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; during treatment,symptoms including abdominal pain,abdominal distention,difficult defecation and anorexia of both groups had been significantly relieved,21 days after treatment,the cure rates of above symptoms of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets（ live） can effectively solve symptoms including abdominal pain,abdominal distention,difficult defecation and anorexia for elderly patients with chronic constipation,with remarkable efficacy and high safety.
