干预前后湖南省肿瘤医院果糖注射液应用分析

摘　　要：目的:比较干预前后湖南省肿瘤医院(以下简称"我院")果糖注射液临床应用情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查法,统计2017年1—3月(干预前)与2017年4—6月(干预后)我院果糖注射液的总使用量及各科室使用情况,并分别抽取干预前后病历100份,分别从配伍情况、适应证、疗程、日使用量等方面进行对比分析。结果:我院果糖注射液的月平均使用量从干预前的(5 342±743)袋降至干预后的(3 327±208)袋,但两者的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);果糖注射液作为溶剂使用的比例从干预前的74%降至干预后的26%,降幅达65%;与果糖注射液配伍的药品种数从干预前的22种降至干预后的13种,降幅达41%;干预后,果糖注射液疗程、日均使用量和超适应证使用情况均较干预前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干预措施对促进我院果糖注射液的合理应用是可行和有效的。OBJECTIVE： To compare the application of fructose injection in Hunan Cancer Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） before and after intervention,so as to provide references for rational drug application.METHODS： Retrospective investigation was adopted to collect the total consumption amount of fructose and the consumption amount in different clinical departments in our hospital in Jan.-Mar. in 2017（ before intervention） and Apr.-Jul. 2017（ after intervention）,each 100 medical records of before and after intervention were respectively extracted to be compared and analyzed in terms of compatibility, indications, course of treatment and daily consumption amount,etc. RESULTS： The monthly average consumption amount of fructose injection in our hospital had decreased from（ 5 342 ± 743） packages of before intervention to（ 3 327 ± 208） packages of after intervention,yet the difference had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the proportion of fructose injection for solvent using had decreased from 74% of before intervention to 26% of after intervention,with a decreasing amplitude of 65%; the species number of drugs compatible with fructose injection had decreased from 22 types of before intervention to13 types of after intervention,with a decreasing amplitude of 41%; after intervention,the treatment course,average daily consumption amount and overindication application of fructose injection had been significantly improved than those of before intervention,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Intervening measures are practicable and effective in improving the rational application of fructose injection in hospitals.
