摘　　要：目的:了解厦门市第二医院(以下简称"我院")中药处方用药情况及中西药联合应用现状,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:从医院信息系统中调取我院2015年7—11月中药(不包括中成药)处方13 704张、2016年7—11月中药(不包括中成药)处方16 562张,合计30 266张,分析中西药联合应用情况。结果:2016年7—11月,我院中药配方颗粒的使用频次较2015年同期有较大幅度增加,中药饮片的使用频次减少;2015年7—11月我院使用频次排序居前10位的中药绝大多数为饮片,而2016年同期使用频次排序居前10位的中药绝大多数为配方颗粒。中药配方颗粒的使用频次逐渐增多,中西药联合应用也主要为中药配方颗粒与西药联合应用。结论:我院中药配方颗粒的使用频次增多、饮片的使用频次减少,与中药配方颗粒携带、服用方便有关;大多数中西药的联合应用合理,但也存在不合理联合应用的情况。临床医师应遵循中医辨证论治原则,合理用药。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine and combination application with western Medicine in prescriptions from Xiamen the Second Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic. METHODS： 13 704 prescriptions were extracted from Jul. to Nov. 2015（ except for traditional Chinese medicine） and 16 562 prescriptions were extracted from Jul. to Nov. 2016（ except for traditional Chinese medicine） in hospital information system,totally 30 266 prescriptions were extracted. And the combination application of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine was analyzed.RESULTS： From Jul. to Nov. 2016,the frequency of application of traditional Chinese medicine granules increased significantly compared with the corresponding period of 2015,yet the frequency of application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces decreased. From Jul. to Nov. 2015,decoction pieces took the most proportion of the top 10 traditional Chinese medicine ranked by frequency of application,yet the formula granules took the most proportion of the top 10 traditional Chinese medicine ranked by frequency of application in the corresponding period of 2016. The frequency of application of traditional Chinese medicine granules was in an increasing tendency,the combination application of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine was mainly concentrated on the drug combination of traditional Chinese medicine granules with western medicine. CONCLUSIONS： The frequency of application of traditional Chinese medicine granules is increasing,and the frequency of application of decoction pieces is decreasing. Most combination application of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine are rational,yet there are still some irrational drug combination. The clinicians should follow the principle of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,so as to promote rational drug applicatio
