开展重点监控管理前后重点监控管理药物应用合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨成都市新都区中医医院(以下简称"该院")开展重点监控药品管理对促进临床合理用药的可行性和有效性。方法:采用回顾性方法,随机抽取2015年3月—2016年2月(开展重点监控药品管理前)、2016年3月—2017年2月(开展重点监控药品管理后)被纳入该院重点监控管理的质子泵抑制剂、中药注射剂和辅助用药等3类药物17个品种的归档病历,共1 700份,对开展重点监控管理前后上述3类药物使用的合理性进行评价与分析。结果:被纳入重点监控管理后,上述3类药物临床合理使用率明显提高,其中质子泵抑制剂的合理使用率提高了16.0%(64.7%vs.80.7%),中药注射剂的合理使用率提高了12.0%(56.3%vs.68.3%),辅助用药的合理使用率提高了12.3%(52.7%vs.65.0%)。结论:医院开展重点监控药品管理,能有效促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the feasibility and availability of the development of key monitoring drug administration in promoting clinical rational medication in Xindu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ hereinafter referred to as ＂this hospital ＂）. METHODS： Retrospective review was adopted to randomly extract filed medical records with application of 17 categories of drug of proton pump inhibitors,TCM injections and adjuvant drugs which were involved in key monitoring administration from Mar. 2015 to Feb. 2016（ before the development of key monitoring drug administration） and Mar. 2016 to Feb. 2017（ after the development of key monitoring drug administration）,1 700 records in total,the rationality of application of the drugs mentioned above before and after the key monitoring drug administration were evaluated and analyzed. METHODS： After been involved in the key monitoring drug administration,the rational application rates of the 3 kinds of drugs had been significantly improved,of which the rational application rate of PPI had risen by 16. 0%（ 64. 7% vs. 80. 7%）,that of the TCM injections had risen by 12. 0%（ 56. 3% vs. 68. 3%）,and that of the adjuvant drugs had risen by 12. 3%（ 52. 7% vs.65. 0%）. CONCLUSIONS： The development of key monitoring drug administration can effectively promote clinical rational drug application.
