伊伐布雷定联合小剂量β受体阻断剂治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨伊伐布雷定联合小剂量β受体阻断剂治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选取2015年10月—2017年10月深圳市孙逸仙心血管医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者66例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组患者给予伊伐布雷定联合靶剂量或最大耐受剂量β受体阻断剂,观察组患者给予伊伐布雷定联合小剂量β受体阻断剂。观察两组患者心率、N末端B型利钠肽原水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗7 d后,两组患者心率、N末端B型利钠肽原水平较治疗前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为9.09%(3/33)、6.06%(2/33),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:伊伐布雷定联合小剂量β受体阻断剂治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效显著。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of ivabradine combined with small-dose β-receptor antagonist in treatment of chronic cardiac failure. METHODS： 66 patients with chronic cardiac failure admitted into Shenzhen Sun Yat-sen Cardiovascular Hospital from Oct. 2015 to Oct. 2017 were extracted to be dividedinto observation group and control group via the random number table,with 33 cases in each. The control group was given ivabradine in combination with β-receptor antagonist of target dose or maximum tolerated dose,while the observation group received ivabradine in combination with small-dose β-receptor antagonist. The blood pressure,heart rate,NT-pro BNP and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： After treatment,the heart rate,NT-pro BNP of two group decreased significantly compared with before treatment,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）, yet there was no statistical significance between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The incidences of adverse drug reaction of two groups were respectively 9. 09%（ 3/33） and 6. 06%（ 2/33）,without any statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of ivabradine combined with Small-Dose β-Receptor Antagonist in treatment of chronic cardiac failure is remarkable.
