摘  要:目的探讨薏灵酒对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法除正常对照组,其余小鼠建立D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、维生素E组、2%和5%薏灵酒高剂量组和低剂量组,分析各组小鼠血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等指标,探讨薏灵酒对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的保护作用。通过Morris水迷宫试验评估薏灵酒对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠学习、记忆能力的改善作用。结果水迷宫试验结果显示,各组小鼠目标象限的游泳距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与正常对照组小鼠比较,模型组小鼠穿越原平台次数减少,2%薏灵酒各剂量组和维生素E组穿越原平台次数均增加,但差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05);脾脏指数分析结果显示,与模型组小鼠比较,维生素E组、2%和5%薏灵酒高剂量组小鼠脾脏指数增高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与正常对照组小鼠比较,模型组小鼠血清CAT和T-AOC含量下降,MDA含量增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);给予薏灵酒灌胃后,与模型组小鼠比较,2%薏灵酒高剂量组和5%薏灵酒各剂量组小鼠血清MDA含量下降,2%薏灵酒高剂量组小鼠T-AOC含量升高,2%和5%薏灵酒各剂量组小鼠血清SOD和CAT含量均升高,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论薏灵酒能改善D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠模型的学习记忆能力,能提高机体的抗氧化能力和免疫力,具有一定延缓衰老的作用。Objective To explore the anti-aging effect of Yiling wine on model of D-galactose-induced aging mice.Methods The other groups except the control group were establish the model of D-galactose-induced aging mice, all mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, vitamin E group, 2% and 5% each dose Yiling wine group. Obseving and collecting mice serum samples for biochemical indicators of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), catalase(CAT), and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC). Meanwhile, the effect of improving learning and memory abilities were investigated through the Morris water maze test. Results In Morris water maze test, there was no significant difference in swimming distance of the mice in each group(P0.05). But compared with the control group, times that mice across the platform of model group were decreased, different doses of 2% Yiling wine and vitamin E groups increased the frequency of crossing the original platform, but there were no significant differences(P0.05); Compared with the model group, spleen index in vitamin E group, 2% and 5% high dose Yiling wine groups were higher, the differences were statistical significance(P0.01). Compared with the control group, model group decreased the levels of serum CAT and T-AOC but increased MDA level(P0.05 or P0.01); After intragastric administration of Yiling wine, compared with model group, the levels of serum MDA were decreased in 2% high dose Yiling wine group and 5% Yiling wine in each dose group, the level of serum T-AOC was increased in 2% high dose Yiling wine group, the levels of serum SOD and CAT were increased in 2% and 5% Yiling wine in each dose group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05 or P 0.01). ConclusionYiling wine can improve the antioxidant capacity and immunity in D-galactose-induced aging mice, it can also improve their antioxidant capacity and immunity, it has a certain effect on retarding aging.
