观察鼻内镜下射频治疗高血压性鼻出血的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究鼻内镜下射频治疗高血压性鼻出血的疗效,为临床提供指导。方法将2015年6月12日~2016年12月12日来我院接受救治的74例高血压性鼻出血患者作为观察对象,使用单双号编号法分为射频组(37例,应用鼻内镜下射频治疗)、传统组(37例,应用传统鼻腔填塞治疗)。均随访半年,研究对比两组高血压性鼻出血患者的住院时间、舒适度评分、并发症发生率及复发率。结果射频组患者鼻腔渗血、鼻部胀痛、头痛发生率分别为0%、5.41%、5.41%比传统组(18.92%、35.14%、27.03%)显著降低(P<0.05),射频组患者的住院时间[(5.68±1.61)d]比传统组[(10.36±2.49)d]更短,且舒适度评分为(7.69±1.12)分比传统组[(2.68±0.67)分]显著增高(P<0.05);射频组患者复发率为5.41%,比传统组(24.32%)显著降低(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下射频治疗高血压性鼻出血效果明显,复发率低。Objective To explore the curative effect of radiofrequency treatment under nasal endoscope in hy-pertensive nasal hemorrhage and provide guidance for clinic. Methods Seventy-four cases of hypertensive patients with nasal bleeding from June 12, 2015 to December 12, 2016 in our hospital were enrolled and divided into radio fre-quency （RF） group （37 cases, applied under nasal endoscopic RF treatment） and the traditional group （37 cases, application of traditional nasal cavity filling treatment） . All patients were followed up for half a year, and compared the comfort score, complication rate and recurrence rate between two groups. Results The incidence rates of nasal bleeding, pain, nasal headache are 0, 5.41% and 0 respectively, which were significantly lower than traditional group （ 18.92%, 35.14%, 27.03%, P〈0.05） . The hospitalized time of RF group （5.68±1.61 ） d was significantly shorter than traditional group[ （10.36±2.49） d, P〈0.05]. The comfort score points of RF group （7.69±1.12） was significantly higher than the traditional group[ （2.68±0.67） d, P〈0.05]. The recurrence rate of RF group （5.41%） was significantly lower than the traditional group （24.32%, P〈0.05） . Conclusion Nasal endoscopic radiofrequency treatment is effective in treating hypertensive nasal hemorrhage with a lower recurrence rate.
