摘　　要：目的研究分析鼻窦负压置换疗法用于治疗小儿慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年10月至2017年9月在我科确诊的121例CRS患儿采用鼻窦负压置换疗法治疗的效果。结果 121例患儿中,病情完全控制者79例,病情部分控制者31例,病情未控制者11例,总有效率达90.9%。结论鼻窦负压置换疗法因其治疗过程无痛苦,疗效满意,患儿易接受,值得推广。Objective To investigate the method and effect of nasal negative pressure replacement therapy in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis （CRS） in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of ansal negative pressure replacement therapy in 121 cases of CRS children diagnosed in our department from October 2016 to September 2017. Results Of the 121 cases, 79 cases were completely controlled, 31 cases were controlled and 11 cases were uncontrolled, the total effective rate was 90.9%. Conclusion Nasal negative pressure replacement theraphy is not painful, the curative effect is satisfactory, the children are easy to accept, and it is worth popularizing.
