摘　　要：为了满足宽带高纯度频率源的需求,研制了一种X波段DDS驱动PLL源,并给出关键电路的仿真设计,详细分析了各项指标的设计,讨论了影响杂散的因素及解决方法,最后给出了研制结果和测试数据。In order to meet the requirements of broadband high-purity frequency source, an X-band DDS driven PLL source is developed. The simulation design of key circuit is given. The design of various indexes is analyzed in detail. The factors affecting the spur and the corresponding solutions are discussed. Finally, the developed results and tested data are given.
