摘 要:针对涤纶湿巾吸湿性差的问题,采用聚酯聚醚型亲水整理剂DP9992进行处理。通过实验得出了浴比、用量和放置时间这3个参数对湿巾吸湿性的影响。结果表明:随着浴比的升高,吸湿性能降低;随着整理剂用量的不断降低,吸湿性先减小然后缓慢增大;放置时间对吸湿性能的影响可以忽略不计,说明经整理后湿巾的耐久性良好。实验证明,该整理剂能显著改善涤纶湿巾的吸湿性,且环保性好。To solve the problem of poor moisture absorption for polyester substrate wet wipe, the polyester-polyether hydrophilic finishing agent DP9992 was used. The effects of three parameters such as bath ratio, concentration and storage time on the moisture absorption of wet wipes were obtained by experiments. The results showed that the moisture absorption decreased with the increase of bath ratio. As the dosage reducing, the hygroscopicity lessened firstly and raised slowly. The effect of storage time on hygroscopic properties was able to be neglected, which indicated that the durability of the wet wipes was good after being finished. The experiment demonstrated that the finishing agent was able to improve the moisture absorption of polyester wipes and exhibited environmental protection well.
