石墨烯含量对黄铜-石墨烯复合材料性能的影响

摘  要:采用热压烧结和热等静压制的方法制备了黄铜-石墨烯复合材料圆坯。对圆坯进行热挤压制备成线坯,然后对线坯进行拉伸加工制备成线材。检测了黄铜-石墨烯线材的力学性能和导电性能,分析了它的微观组织,目的是研究石墨烯含量对黄铜-石墨烯复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着石墨烯含量的增大,黄铜-石墨烯复合材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度和电导率先减小再增大然后再减小。The round billet of brass-graphene composite was prepared by hot pressing sintering and subsequent hot isostatic pressing processes. After this, round billet was made into wire billet by means of hot extrusion technology, and further into wires by muhi-pass drawing operation. Mechanical and electrical conduction properties of the brass-graphene wires were measured, and their microstructure was surveyed for the purpose of discovering the effects of grapheme content on properties of the brass-graphene composite. The results showed that as the graghene content increased the tensile strength, yield strength, and electrical conductivity firstly decreased and then increased to a peak value, and again decreased.
