摘  要:10CrMoAl钢是一种低合金结构钢,耐海水腐蚀,且具有良好的焊接性能,广泛用于泵和阀门的法兰等结构件。对10CrMoAl钢进行了不同温度的正火和正火加高温回火及淬火加高温回火处理,随后检测其显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,经970℃正火后630℃回火的10CrMoAl钢的显微组织为均匀细小的铁素体和回火索氏体,力学性能符合标准要求。10CrMoAl steel is a low-alloy structural steel that is resistant to seawater corrosion, and possessed of good weldability, widely used in making construction parts such as flange of pump or valve. After different heat treatment were investigated and tested. The results showed that: the microstructure of 10CrMoAl steel was the fine ferrite and tempered sorbite structure after normalizing + tempering: 970 ℃ air cooling +630 ℃ air cooling, and the mechanical properties meat the requirements of the standard. So it proved the was technology feasible.
