摘　　要：介绍了苏州市建筑垃圾智能化监管平台开发的背景、平台总体设计,以及资质申报管理、产生源监管、运输过程监管、终端监管、在线交易平台管理、考核与执法管理、视频监控管理、公众参与管理等8个子系统的主要功能,提出了建筑垃圾智能化监管平台设计的建议。We introduced the intelligent supervision platform of construction waste in Suzhou city for its background as well as the main functions of 8 subsystems, including the overall design and qualification declaration management, supervision of produce sources, supervision of transport processes, supervision of terminals, the online-trading system management, the as- sessment and law-enforcing management, the video-monitoring management and the public participation management. Some suggestions for the design of intelligent supervision platform of construction waste were put forward.
