生活垃圾处置环境园环境补偿标准核定机制研究

摘　　要：为了准确确定生活垃圾处置环境园的环境补偿标准,对标准核定机制进行了初步研究,建立了以综合成本法为基础,以环境损失、健康损害和心理影响为核心内容的补偿金额核算模型,并通过中山市某生活垃圾处置环境园为实例进行了成果应用。这种方法可适用于生活垃圾处置环境园的环境补偿实践以及其它类似环保项目的环境补偿方案的制定。In order to exactly determinate the environmental compensation standards for environmental park of MSW disposal, a study on how to calculation cost were conducted in this paper. Those important factors composed of environmental cost, health cost, psychological influence were used for the calculation mode based on comprehensive cost method. The study was served for an environmental park project of MSW disposal in Zhongshan city. This method can be applied to the other simi- lar environmental protection projects.
