摘 要:在非常规油气开采所采用的储层分段压裂工艺中,电控滑套能够解决常规滑套工具应用中存在的技术瓶颈。可控的驱动器是电控滑套核心单元,针对石油井下环境中的电控滑套驱动方式的问题,开展用于驱动电控滑套的液压驱动器的研制及试验研究,介绍石油井下电控滑套特定环境中驱动器的设计要求,结合设计要求开展液压控制系统原理方案、驱动器结构设计以及液压关键参数设计计算,最后设计完成了原理样机试制并进行了性能测试。测试结果验证了用于石油井下电控滑套的驱动器设计切实可行。In the reservoir staged fracturing process of the unconventional oil and gas exploitation, electric sleeve can be used to solve technical bottleneck that encountered when using the normal sleeve. Drive that can be controlled is the key unit of the electric sleeve. The design and experimental research on a hydraulic drive of electric sleeve were done. Due to the drive type of electric sleeve using in the oil down hole environment, the design principle, hydraulic drive scheme design, driver structure design and parameter design were introduced. At last, a prototype was made and a test was completed. The test results prove the drive design of electric sleeve using in the oil down hole is feasible
