A Comparative Study on the Influence of the Changes in Railway Accessibility on the Regional Tourism Industry——A Case Study with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and Yangtze River Delta Region

摘  要:采用2001-2016年铁路交通和旅游业发展的相关数据,对比研究了京津冀和长三角地区铁路通达性变化及其对各自区域旅游业的影响。研究发现,十五年来:①京津冀地区铁路静态通达性水平更高,长三角地区铁路动态通达性水平更高。②两区域铁路通达性水平都有显著提高,但长三角地区提升的幅度更大且更加均衡。③两个区域入境旅游接待量、旅游外汇收入、国内旅游接待量、国内旅游收入的年增速与各自区域铁路通达性水平的年增速基本同步。铁路通达性水平越高的区域,旅游经济联系强度越大。④根据回归方程预测,若区域铁路加权平均旅行时间缩短到150min,则两区域入境旅游接待量、旅游外汇收入、国内旅游接待量、国内旅游收入与2016年相比,都将增加15%以上,旅游经济联系强度都将增长2倍以上。Using the data on the railway transport and tourism development from 2001 to 2016, focusing on the railway accessibility, this paper makes a comparative study on the influence of the changes in railway accessibility on the regional tourism industry of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region. The results are during the 15 years: 1) the railway network accessibility level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is higher than that of the Yangtze River Delta region, and the train departure frequency accessibility level of the Yangtze River Delta region is higher than that of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the contrary. 2) the level of railway accessibility in both regions has been improved significantly, that of the Yangtze River Delta region has been raised more speedily and more balanced. 3) in both regions, the annual growth rate of the inbound tourist reception and the tourism exchange revenue, the domestic tourism reception and the domestic tourism revenue are basically synchronic with the annual growth rate of the respective regional railway accessibility level. The higher is the level of railway network accessibility, the greater is the regional tourism economic relation intensity. 4) according to the regression equation, if the railway weighted average travel time is shortened to less than 150 minutes, the annual growth rate of the inbound tourist reception and the tourism exchange revenue, the domestic tourism reception and the domestic tourism revenue will all increase more than 15%, the regional tourism economic relation intensity will all increase more than 2 times compared with that in 2016.
