摘　　要：介绍了氢气纯化装置的市场需求和国内外技术现状,阐述了QCNB-40/15型全自动高压氢气纯化装置的研制过程,说明了技术路线,阐述了关键技术和技术难点的解决方法。本装置工作在15 MPa下,可以在不放空氢气的情况下,将粗氢一步纯化为99.999%的高纯氢,具有较高的技术优势。This paper expatiated on the R&D of full-automatic high pressure hydrogen pure device of type QCNB-40/15.It introduced the domestic and international technique condition and market needs.It explained the technique route of hydrogen pure device of type QCNB-40/15 and expatiated the key technique and the solution methods.This equips working pressure is 15 MPa.It can pure the raw hydrogen higher than 99.999% without discharging the regeneration gas(hydrogen).We can see it have the higher technique advantage.
