摘　　要：痹证是临床上常见的中医证候,其发病率高,可好发于不同年龄段的人群。刘军教授在长期临床实践中运用药对治疗痹证方面有着独到的见解,疗效独特。笔者在跟师过程中总结了刘军教授在治疗痹证中常用的5个药对,并分析其中药配伍规律,以指导专科用药,提高临床疗效。Bi-syndrome is a common kind of disease in China,occurring to the people of all ages. The incidence of Bi-syndrome is very high. Professor LIU Jun has been working on traditional Chinese medicine of orthopaedic for many years and has accumulated a wealth of experience. During the process of study with professor LIU Jun,the author summarized the five commonly-used couplet medicines treating Bi-syndrome and analysed the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,which directed the using of medication and improved the clinical effect.
