从太阴传变体系论治小儿瘾疹

摘　　要：瘾疹是一种以皮肤突然出现红色或苍白色瘙痒性风团、迅速消退,不留任何痕迹为特征的过敏性皮肤病。纵观历代医家论治瘾疹洋洋大观,然鲜有一个完整的体系来论治小儿瘾疹。从吴鞠通提出＂凡病温者,始于上焦,在手太阴。＂联系到小儿外感疾病初期证候入手,根据临床上小儿瘾疹的发展传变规律,结合小儿体质特点,建立手太阴肺经——足太阴脾经的太阴传变体系,不仅对于不同时期的小儿瘾疹的治疗进行指导辨证论治,也对预防小儿瘾疹的传变和进展提供了有效的途径,实现了小儿瘾疹的治未病理念。Urticaria is a kind of allergic skin disease,which is characterized with skin pruritus,urticaria,no fixed place,red or pale wheal when scratching,sudden appearance and disappearance. Since ancient times,the kinds of treatment of urticaria are various and countless. But it rarely has a complete system to treat urticaria children. The point that＂Every disease is warm,begins with the upper-jiao and hand-Taiyin. ＂was made by WU Jutong. According to the early infantile exopathic disease syndrome and development of clinical urticaria,and combination with the characteristics of children＇s physical fitness,we establish the system of Taiyin disease transforming system（Lung channel of hand-Taiyin——Spleen channel of foot-Taiyin）. It is not only for the treatment of different periods children urticaria to guide treatment based on syndrome differentiation,but also provides an effective way of preventing children urticaria. It is very important for preventive treatment of children urticaria.
