滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的效果。方法：选取2014年12月—2016年12月在本院妇科就诊的黄体功能不足性月经失调患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组口服益玛欣黄体酮治疗,观察组给予滋肾育胎丸联合益玛欣黄体酮治疗。对比分析两组临床疗效、BBT指标及卵巢激素水平。结果：对照组的治疗总有效率为77.1%,明显低于观察组的97.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组黄体期时间、高低温相温差对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组黄体期时间、高低温相温差均比治疗前增加,但观察组增加明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组P、E2水平对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组P、E2水平均比治疗前改善,但观察组改善明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不足性月经失调的效果较好,可明显提高P和E2水平,延长黄体期时间和维持高低温相温差,改善黄体功能,减轻症状,促进月经周期恢复正常。Objective： To study the effect of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with progesterone on menstrual disorder due to corpus luteum dysfunction. Methods： Seventy cases of patients with dysfunctional menstrual disorders were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was orally given unicorn progesterone treatment. The observation group was given Zishen Yutai Pill combined with unicorn progesterone treatment. The clinical efficacy,BBT and ovarian hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 77. 1%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group（97. 1%） and the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the temperature difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P 0. 05）. After treatment,the temperature difference between the two groups was higher than that before treatment,but the observation group increased significantly and the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in P and E2 levels between the two groups before treatment（P 0. 05）. The levels of P and E2 in the two groups were better than those before treatment,but the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Zishen Yutai Pill combined with progesterone in the treatment of menstrual disorder due to scorpus luteum dysfunction is better and can significantly improve P and E2 levels,prolong the luteal phase time and the temperature difference between high and low temperature phase,improve corpus luteum function,reduce symptoms and promote menstrual cycle back to be normal.
