摘 要:目的:优化壮药依山红颗粒的提取与纯化工艺条件,为后期制剂工艺研究提供实验依据。方法:采用正交试验法,以槲皮苷含量和干膏得率为考察指标,对壮药依山红颗粒的提取、纯化工艺进行研究,优化提取、纯化工艺。结果:壮药依山红药材首次加入12倍量水,浸泡60 min,第2、3次加入10倍量水,每次煎煮60 min,共煎煮3次。合并滤液,浓缩至料液比为1:1,加乙醇至含醇量为50%,静置48 h。结论:优选的壮药依山红的提取与纯化工艺稳定可行,方便用于企业大生产。Objective: To optimize the extraction and purification processes for compound Yishanhong Granules. The experiment result can provide basic and instruction data for the later research of molding technology. Methods: Using the dry extract yielding rate and quercitrin as the indices,an orthogonal test was adopted to choose the best extraction and purification technologies and optimize the extraction and purification processes. Results: Water extraction process of compound Yishanhong was as follows: medicines were added 12 times amount of water and soaked for 60 min. And then added 10 times amount of water for the 2 nd and 3 rd time and the decocting time was 60 min for each time,totally 3 times. The extracts were collected and concentrated with the rate of material to liquid of 1: 1,alcohol was added until the percentage of ethanol at 50%,and then the mixed liquid was stilled 48 h.Conclusion: The optimized preparation procedure of compound Yishanhong Granules is stable and feasible and the mass production is convenient to the enterprise.
