摘 要:针对海上油田古近系沙河街组钻井液体系抑制性和封堵能力不足的问题,通过对抑制剂、防塌剂和封堵剂的优选,构建出一套适合海上油田古近系沙河街组钻井液体系,体系配方为:3%海水土浆+0.25%Na OH+0.15%Na2CO3+0.25%LV-PAC+2%FLOCAT+3%PF-MORLF+0.5%PLUS+2GJFDJ+2%甲酸钾+2%聚合醇+0.1%XC,碳酸钙加重到1.2 g/cm3。并对改进后的钻井液体系防塌机理进行了分析,同时对优化后钻井液体系的抗污染能力、抗温能力、抑制能力和润滑性能进行了评价。实验结果表明:改进的钻井液体系能抗15%Na Cl、1.5%Mg Cl2、1.5%Ca Cl2和20%钻屑污染,同时体系抗温可达140℃,抑制性和润滑性较好,其岩屑滚动回收率在95%以上,泥饼粘滞系数低于0.1,能很好的满足海上油田古近系沙河街组钻井的需要。Aiming at the problem of insufficient inhibition and blocking ability of the drilling fluid system in the Shahejie formation of the Paleogene in the offshore oilfield, a set of suitable drilling fluid system for offshore oilfield of Shahejie formation was established by optimizing the inhibitor, anti-settling agent and blocking agent. The drilling fluid system formula was as follows: 3% seawater slurry + 0.25% Na OH + 0.15% Na2 CO3 + 0.25% LV-PAC + 2% FLOCAT + 3% PF-MORLF + 0.5% PLUS + 2%GJFDJ + 2% formic acid potassium + 2% polyol + 0.1% XC.Calcium carbonate was added in the drilling fluid system to increase density to 1.2 g/cm3. The anti-collapse mechanism of the modified drilling fluid system was analyzed, and the anti-pollution ability, anti-temperature ability, inhibition ability and lubrication performance of the optimized drilling fluid system were evaluated. The experimental results showed that the improved drilling fluid system can resist 15% Na Cl, 1.5% Mg Cl2, 1.5% Ca Cl2 and 20% cutting dust pollution, the drilling fluid system had good performance at 140 ℃, and the inhibition capacity and lubrication performance were better. The recovery rate of cuttings was above 95% and the viscosity coefficient of mud cake was less than 0.1, and the drilling fluid system can satisfy the demand of drilling Paleogene Shahejie group.
