古共七大前后古巴社会主义的新动向与新挑战

摘　　要：2016 4年月,古巴共产党第七次全国代表大会在哈瓦那顺利闭幕。古共七大前后,古巴社会主义在不断推进模式更新的同时,也面临着许多前所未有的挑战。一方面,古巴前领导人菲德尔·卡斯特罗于年11月逝世;年春,古巴将迎来后卡斯特罗时代首次真正意义2016 2018上的换届考验。另一方面,继年3月美国总统奥巴马访问古巴后,年新上任的美国总统2016 2017特朗普不断收紧对古政策,古美关系面临转恶风险。面对不断变化的世情、国情和党情,古巴共产党一再重申——将坚守社会主义成果,拟从模式更新的理论化与制度化入手,寻求古巴社会主义发展的新阶段。Before and after its 7th Congress of CP, Cuban socialism comes across many unprecedented challenges while it constantly updates its mode. On the one hand, Cuban former leader Fidel Castro died in November, 2016, so Cuba is going to meet with its government change in the real sense since Castro in the spring of 2018. On the other hand, after former US President Obama visited Cuba in March, 2016, the present President Trump constantly tightens up the policy with Cuba, as a result, the relation between Cuba and US risks the deterioration. In face of the constant changes of the world, the country, and the party, Cuban CP has repeatedly asserted that it will stick to its socialist achievements and search for its new era of socialist development by way of the theorization and institutionalization of its mode reform.
