摘 要:羊蹄甲是我国华南地区重要的园林景观树种,近年来随着栽培面积的不断扩大,白粉病的发生也越来越严重。通过对羊蹄甲白粉病的症状及病原菌分生孢子形态学特征进行描述,根据核糖体DNA-ITS序列发现,羊蹄甲白粉病病原菌与Erysiphe lespedezae(登录号:KP794926)相似性为100%,初步鉴定该菌为子囊菌门白粉菌属(Erysiphe sp.)真菌(登录号:KX960783),目前在野外尚未发现该病原菌的有性世代。该研究结果为羊蹄甲白粉病的首次报道,为羊蹄甲白粉病的鉴定及防治提供了重要的理论依据。Bauhinia purpurea Linn. was an important landscape tree species in the southern China. In recent years, with the growing hectare of planting,the occurrence of powdery mildew had become more and more serious. This study described the symptoms of powdery mildew and the morphological characteristics of conidia. The ribosomal DNA-ITS sequence was 100% similar to Erysiphe lespedezae (accession number was KP794926), which was identified as Erysiphe sp. (accession number was KX960783)At present, the sexual generation had not found in the wild. This study was the first report on the powdery mildew of Bauhinia purpurea Linn., which provided important theoretical basis for the identification and control of powdery mildew.
