摘 要:试验选取陕西某羊场36只2岁陕北白绒山羊母羊,分5个体表部位采集绒样并对羊绒的伸直长度和细度进行测定,并进行方差分析,正态性检验和相关分析,结果显示肩部、体侧部、背部伸直长度极显著高于股部和腹部(P<0.01),5个部位在细度上无显著差异(P>0.05),伸直长度和细度满足正态分布。在伸直长度指标上,体侧部与股部之间存在极显著正相关(P<0.01),肩部与背部之间存在显著正相关(P<0.05)。在细度指标上,不同采绒部位之间的相关性均达到极显著正相关(P<0.01)。在肩部、背部和腹部,伸直长度与细度之间存在弱的正相关(0<r<0.3),在体侧部和股部,伸直长度与细度之间存在弱的负相关(-0.3<r<0)。结果说明,对体侧部及股部的选育是获得更高的绒毛长度和更低的绒毛细度的一个可能方法。36 Shaanbei White cashmere goats of 2years old,from Hengshan county,Yulin city,Shaanxi province,were selected to collect and measure stretched length and fineness of cashmere in five individual body parts.The variance analysis,normal test and correlation analysis were also conducted.The results showed that stretched length of shoulder,body and back is significantly higher than which of thigh and abdomen(P<0.01),no significant differences were observed in these parts on fineness(P>0.05),and stretched length and fineness fitted normal distribution.As for stretched length,body was extremely positively correlated with thigh(P<0.01),shoulder was significantly positively correlated with back(P<0.05).For fineness,different parts were all of highly positive correlation.There was weak positive correlation(0<r<0.3)between stretched length and fineness for shoulder,back,abdomen,and negative correlation(-0.3<r<0)for body and thigh.It could be concluded that the selection of body part and thigh part was a possible method to obtain cashmere with a higher length and a lower fineness.
