复合益生菌菌剂对母猪生产性能和肠道菌群生态的影响

摘　　要：为了研究在饲料中添加益生菌菌剂对母猪生产性能、肠道菌群和哺乳仔猪健康状态的影响,将60头身体健康状态相近、胎次体重相近、距离分娩30d的妊娠母猪随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组使用基础日粮进行饲喂,试验组在基础日粮的基础上加0.15%的益生菌菌剂。结果表明:复合益生菌菌剂可以促进猪肠道菌群调整,使有益菌——主要是乳酸菌增加,有害菌(霉菌)减少。提高母猪肠道菌群多样性和和微生态稳定性。试验组仔猪初生平均体重(1.62±1.2)kg,断奶仔猪平均体重(7.24±1.2)kg,分别比对照组高18.25%、30.21%(P<0.01)。试验组降低了仔猪腹泻率85.74%(P<0.01),仔猪死淘率90.64%(P<0.01)。研究结果表明,在日粮中添加益生菌菌剂调整了肠道菌群结构,促进肠道菌群生态平衡,提高母猪的繁殖能力并能促进仔猪的生长。To study the effect of probiotic complex on the production performance and intestinal flora of sow and health of suckling piglets,sixty pregnant sows were selected and divided into two groups-test group and control group with 3replicates per group and 10 sows per replicates.The control group was fed with basic ration.The test group was added 0.15% of probiotic bacteria agent on the basis of basic diet,and its effect on intestinal flora of sow was examined through plate count and PCR-DGGE.Results showed that the probiotic complex may help intestinal flora to adjust so as to increase the number of beneficial bacteria-mainly lactobacillus and decrease the number of harmful bacteria(mildew).The average weight of born piglets and weaned piglets in the test group was(1.62±1.2)kg,(7.24±1.2)kg,respectively,rose by 18.25% and 30.21% than the control group,the difference is significant(P<0.01).Test group decreased diarrhea piglets rate by 85.7% and dead and discarded rate by 90.4%,the effect is remarkable(P<0.01).This study indicates that adding probiotic bacteria agent not only can adjust the structure of intestinal flora and promote ecological balance of intestinal flora but also enhance the sow reproductive capacity and promote the growth of piglets.
