摘 要:以冷轧含油废水处理时使用的陶瓷膜为研究对象,借助于能量色散X-射线光谱,对陶瓷膜的污染物进行元素分析,推断出污染物的主要成分是有机物。结合陶瓷膜的化学特性和污染物的组成进行化学清洗试验,对清洗剂的类型和浓度、清洗时间及清洗温度等进行了研究,确定了在常温下依次采用浓度为0.3 mol/L的Na OH清洗40 min和浓度为0.4 mol/L的HNO3清洗30 min的清洗方法。The ceramic membrane used in cold-rolling wastewater treatment was studied.Pollutants were detected by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, the results indicated that organics were the main component of pollutants. Chemical cleaning experiments were carried out according to the chemical characteristics of ceramic membrane and the composition of pollutants, the cleaning agent, cleaning time and cleaning temperature were discussed. The cleaning method which was the use of NaOH (0. 3 mol/L, 40 min ) followed by HNO3 (0. 4 tool/L, 30 min ) at room temperature was determined.
