摘　　要：以患者为中心的个体化制剂主要是要考虑患者本身的生理情况及病情,选择适合患者的药物剂型、用量及给药方式。老年及儿童是区别于普通成年人的特殊人群,在药物剂型、剂量、给药方式设计时要考虑其服药及生理情况的特殊性,进行个体化给药。口腔崩解片、复方制剂和多微粒系统等药物新剂型比较适合于老年及儿童用药。肺部给药、鼻腔给药、经皮给药等非肠道给药方式能一定程度上弥补老年及儿童普通口服给药的局限。以3D打印为代表的个体化制剂新技术将是未来发展的研究方向。Patient-centric individualized formulations are preparations with appropriate dosage forms,dosages and administration ways by considering patients＇ physiological conditions and illnesses. Paediatric and geriatric patients do not fall into the category of ‘standard patient＇due to different pharmacokinetics,thus needing different acceptable dosage forms,formulation compositions and routes of administration. New formulations of orally disintegrating tablets,fixed-dose combinations,and multi-particulate formulations can be used for paediatrics and geriatrics. Pulmonary,nasal,and transdermal drug delivery systems can to a certain extent solve the limitations of traditional oral delivery systems for elderlies and children. Novel technologies,such as 3 D printing,bring unparalleled opportunities for the preparation of individualized formulations.
