摘 要:宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染是引发宫颈癌及癌前病变的必要不充分条件。阴道微生态与女性生殖道感染性疾病的发生发展密切相关,阴道内正常微生物菌群是阴道微生态研究的关键问题。阴道菌群多样性增加、乳酸杆菌数量减少及细菌性阴道病显著增加宫颈HR-HPV的易感性和持续性感染的风险,从而促进宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的进展,临床上应注重阴道微生态的调节,阴道微生态的恢复或许对宫颈HRHPV感染的转阴具有间接的促进作用。Persistent infections with cervical high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV) is a necessary but insufficient condition to cause cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Vaginal microecology is highly correlated with occurrence and development of infectious diseases in female genital tract. It is crucial for vaginal microecology research to study normal microbial bacteria inside vagina. Vagina bacterial diversity increasing, lactobacillus quantity decreasing and bacterial vaginosis significantly increase risk of susceptible and persistent infection of cervical HR-HPV, so as to promote progress of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. Clinically, regulation of vaginal microecology shall be emphasized. Probably, restoration of vaginal microecology plays a role in indirectly promoting turning cervical HR-HPV infection to be negative.
