内托生肌散促进糖尿病合并下肢皮肤溃疡创面愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究内托生肌散对促进糖尿病合并下肢皮肤溃疡创面愈合的临床效果。方法选择糖尿病合并下肢皮肤溃疡患者56例,将其随机分为实验组与对照组。两组患者均进行注射胰岛素等常规治疗,在此基础上,实验组给予口服内托生肌散,对照组服用安慰剂,疗程结束后观察实验组与对照组患者的皮肤溃疡面愈合状况,并计算治疗前与治疗后下肢皮肤溃疡面积。结果实验组的总有效率为82.14%(痊愈患者18例,显效患者5例),对照组的总有效率为53.57%(痊愈患者7例,显效患者8例),实验组的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组创伤面的愈合面积为(21.72±11.6)cm^2,对照组愈合面积为(16.26±5.7)cm^2,经过内托生肌散的治疗后,实验组的愈合面积明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内托生肌散具有促进创面愈合的效果,对糖尿病合并下肢皮肤溃疡的治疗具有较好的临床效果。Objective To explore the promotion of diabetic patients with lower extremity skin ulcer patients in a clinical effect of Neituo Shengji powder in promoting wound healing. Methods 56 cases of diabetic patients with lower limb skin ulcers were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment such as insulin injection, the experimental group were given on the basis of routine treatment in Neituo Shengji powder treatment, patients in the control group were given placebo. After the end of treatment, the healing of ulcer wound in the experimental group and the control group was observed, and the skin ulcer area of the lower extremities before and af- ter treatment was calculated. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.14% （18 cases were cured, 5 patients achieved good results）, and the total effective rate of the control group was 53.57% （7 cases were cured, 8 patients achieved good results）. The clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the healing area of the ulcer wound in the experimental group was （21.72±11.6） cm^2, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （16.26±5.7） cm^2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neituo Shengji powder can promote ulcer healing effect, and can play a better clinical effect in treating patients with lower extremity skin ulcer in diabetes.
