摘 要:目的分析流程再造在急诊分诊护理管理中的应用。方法选择本院于2015年6月~2016年6月收治的80例急诊患者,按入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组患者实施常规急诊分诊护理措施,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施流程再造。观察两组患者急诊分诊的护理满意度以及分诊效率。结果实施护理后,观察组患者的分诊效率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05),且观察组患者的护理满意度也高于对照组患者的护理满意度(P<0.05)。结论在急诊分诊护理管理中实施流程再造可以有效的提高对患者的急诊分诊效率,缩短了患者等候的时间。Objective To analyze the application of process reengineering in emergency triage care management. Methods Eighty patients in our hospital who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospital admission, 40 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine emergency care and nursing interven- tions and observation group patients in the control group based on the implementation of process reengineering. Observe the nursing satisfaction and triage efficiency of emergency triage in two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the triage efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of process reengineering in emergency triage care management can effectively improve emergency triage efficiency and shorten patient waiting time.
