加味八珍止眩汤联合针灸治疗老年人颈性眩晕的效果分析及对相关生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合加味八珍止眩汤治疗老年人颈性眩晕的效果分析及对相关生化指标的影响。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年9月我院门诊及住院老年颈性眩晕患者共110例。采用随机数字表法,将所有患者为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组采用加味八珍止眩汤治疗,观察组采用针灸联合加味八珍止眩汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、椎-基底动脉血流、血清Fib、TC水平及眩晕评分。结果:观察组的总有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(85.45%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的右椎动脉、左椎动脉、基底动脉水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血清Fib、TC水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的眩晕评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合加味八珍止眩汤治疗老年人颈性眩晕的效果确切,可显著改善患者的椎-基底动脉血流,减轻眩晕症状,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of applying acupuncture combined with Modified Bazhen Zhixuan Decoction in the treatment of elderly cervical vertigo and the influence on the biochemical indexes. Methods： From June 2015 to September2016,110 patients with senile cervical vertigo in our hospital were selected. All patients were randomly divided into observation group（n = 55） and controlled group（n = 55）. The controlled group was treated with Modified Bazhen Zhixuan Decoction,the observation group were treated with acupuncture and Modified Bazhen Zhixuan Decoction. The clinical efficacy,vertebral basilar artery blood flow,serum Fib,TC level and vertigo score were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（100%） was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（85. 45%）（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery and basilar artery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group（P〈0. 05）. The serum levels of Fib and TC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group（P〈0. 05）. The vertigo score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of using acupuncture combined with Modified Bazhen Zhixuan Decoction in the treatment of elderly cervical vertigo is effective,can significantly improve the patient＇s vertebral basilar artery blood flow,reduce the symptoms of vertigo,it is worth promoting.
